Hi, I'm Remi — and I do things a little differently.I'm a Virtual Assistant who also speaks data. After years supporting businesses behind the scenes and completing a government-certified data analytics apprenticeship, I now offer something most VAs can't: the ability to not just do the work, but tell you what's working.I use AI tools to handle your admin, content, and day-to-day operations — faster and more consistently than ever before. I started my career at 15 with a graphic design course and my first paid client. What followed was 20+ years of building, adapting, and creating—across film production, six years running a virtual assistance business, directing creative teams at an agency, and now co-founding an events company while completing a data analysis apprenticeship.

I don't fit neatly into one box. That's the point.

What do I do?

I'm passionate about AI tools for small businesses and creative entrepreneurs. I help entrepreneurs focus on the core part of their business, while I manage tasks that keep the business running daily. I also test, review, and share the tools that genuinely save time and grow revenue—not the hype, the ones that actually work in the real world.On the data side, I've just completed a formal data analysis apprenticeship—helping a call centre team of agents move from gut-feel decisions to data-driven ones. I build dashboards, analyse performance, and translate numbers into clear action.I also co-own an events company delivering corporate, multicultural, wedding, and community events across South Yorkshire and beyond. I bring something most event planners don't: a data analyst's eye for what's working and a creative director's instinct for what looks and feels right.
